How do I sign-up to Yoga for Long Covid?

Simply visit the 'Start Now' button at the top of all pages. Or if you're on the Membership page, click 'Select'. You’ll be asked to create a login, before entering your payment details. Once the payment has been processed, you can use your login details to access the Members page.

How long do I have access to the course?

Accepted Answer

You have access to Yoga for Long Covid for six months from the date of signing up.

Can I rewatch videos and redo Yoga for Long Covid classes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All material available on the Members page can be viewed as many times as you wish during the six months.

Do I have to stick to doing a new class every week?

Accepted Answer

No. During our research for this course, it became clear very quickly that the recovery from Long Covid is not straightforward and is unpredictable. As such, we have designed the course to ensure every participant can take it at their own pace. For example you may have reached Week 3, but decide to return to Week 1 and stay with Week 1 for the next weeks. You decide what you need.
