Do I have to stick to doing a new class every week?
No. During our research for this course, it became clear very quickly that the recovery from Long Covid is not straightforward and is unpredictable. As such, we have designed the course to ensure every participant can take it at their own pace. For example you may have reached Week 3, but decide to return to Week 1 and stay with Week 1 for the next weeks. You decide what you need.
How can the relaxation exercises help with Long Covid? Surely I should be doing more, not less.

I’ve never done Yoga before. Is Yoga for Long Covid suitable for me?
If your doctor has diagnosed you with Long Covid, ruled out any underlying health issues and has recommended light exercise and breathwork, we believe this course is accessible whether or not you’ve done Yoga before. Beginning on the chair, you’re steadily guided through movements that have been chosen due to their approachability. Throughout the course you’re offered alternatives to ensure you can practise exactly how you need to.
